TQC Total Quality Control in Japanese Style - 9th Ed.
The author has been researching the subject of quality since 1984, having chosen the Japanese line, in the period 1986/1988, when he toured the world in a project of the Brazilian government and the World Bank. After delving into the various approaches, he realized that Japanese TQC was the best for Brazilian companies for a main reason: SIMPLICITY. This book shows the current state of Japanese TQC as taught today by the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) in Japan. The way the material is arranged was the product of many years of work in several Brazilian companies, guided and accompanied by Mr. Ichiro Miyauchi, from JUSE. Throughout the book, the points where we are deficient were emphasized. Due to the surprising results already achieved by several Brazilian companies as a result of the implementation of the Japanese TQC, this book will be fundamental for the survival of companies to international competition.
