Vicente Falconi Campos

Vicente Falconi was born in 1940 and graduated in Engineering from UFMG in 1963 and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, USA, in 1968 and 1971. He was professor of Engineering at UFMG from 1964 to 1992 , having been awarded by that university with the title of Professor Emeritus.
He worked for many years with the Japanese of JUSE (Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers) in Brazilian companies and is a founding partner and chairman of the Board of Directors of FALCONI Consultores de Resultados. He was a member of the Management Chamber and the Energy Crisis Management Committee in 2001 and recognized by the American Society for Quality as “One of the 21 voices of the 21st Century”.
He received honors from the Brazilian Federal Government (Rio Branco Medal and Medal of Knowledge), the Government of Minas Gerais and the municipality of Belo Horizonte-MG and published six books in the area of Business Management that sold more than one million copies. Neuza Chaves

Master in Professional Administration, Professional Master Coach, has an Executive MBA in Business Management. After experience as a Management and Planning manager at Regap / Petrobras and a professor at Universities, she has been at Falconi for 18 years, where she works as Senior Advisor in public and private organizations. She is also an Advisor to the Map of Education and the Brazilian Union for Quality, of which she is one of the founders. Author of the books: Team Solutions, Improvement Teams Field Notebook, Sculpting Team Leaders and co-author of the book Management for Results in Education, among others.

Fernando Ladeira

Fernando Ladeira Fernandes is a mechanical engineer, specialist in strategic business management and master in production engineering at UFMG. It has PMP certification. He has worked at FDG / INDG / Falconi since 2000 and is a partner at Falconi. He has participated in more than 40 projects in private and state companies, government agencies and abroad. He was vice president of the IPMA mining chapter between 2006 and 2007. He is currently a professor in the Innovative Project Management Course at Fundace-USP Ribeirão Preto.

Harilaus Xenos

He began his career in business management consulting in 1994, integrating the team of Prof. Vicente Falconi. Since then, he has guided and helped improve the management system and build results in organizations from various market segments in Brazil, the United States and Europe.
As leader of the group of maintenance consultants, he worked directly, for more than three years, with Japanese specialists from JUSE (Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers) and JODC (Japan Overseas Development Corporation) in Brazilian companies. The partnership resulted in the publication, in 1998, of the book Managing Productive Maintenance, adopted by companies, schools and other organizations as the essential guide in the search for better equipment performance and increased productivity.
In a period prior to consulting, he participated in a year of practical training in Total Quality Management at Panasonic Corporation (Matsushita Electric Industrial Company) in Japan. Then, he graduated as a master in Quality and Reliability from the University of Birmingham, England .
He is an alumnus of the Kellogg Management Institute of the Kellogg School of Management, obtaining training in strategy and organizational alignment at Harvard Business School. His academic training began with a degree in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering at UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais), in 1987. Xenos accumulates professional experience of ten years in aircraft maintenance and another nine years as manager of continuous improvement ArcelorMittal, in the United States and Canada. He currently resides in Chicago (USA).

Maria Suely Moreira

Consultant and instructor with 15 years of experience, Maria Suely Moreira is a specialist in Environmental Management System model ISO 14001. She worked for 17 years at Vale, where she coordinated the implementation of the Environmental Management System of the Technology Superintendence - one of the first ten to be certified in Brazil. He provided consultancy services to companies in various fields, such as CEMIG, Holcim, Cedro Cachoeira, among many others, in addition to having worked abroad a few times, such as at Vale Colombia and Arcelor Mittal in Trinidad and Tobago. Graduated in Letters at PUCMG (Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais), she has a postgraduate degree in Administration from UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) and in Environmental Management from IETEC (Institute of Technological Education). He published the book Strategy and Implementation of Environmental Management Systems, in addition to several articles and two booklets on the subject.

Darci Prado

Darci Prado has a degree in chemical engineering from the School of Engineering at UFMG, a postgraduate degree in economic engineering from PUC Minas and a doctorate from UNICAMP. His professional experience has been in the academic and non-academic areas.
In the academic area, he worked as a professor in several undergraduate and graduate institutions. He retired as an adjunct professor at the UFMG School of Engineering, where he taught the disciplines of Operational Research, Total Quality Management and Project Management. He is the author of three books in the Operational Research series and seven in the Project Management series, by Falconi Editora. In addition, he has published papers and presented papers at congresses in Brazil and abroad.
His non-academic experience, which began in 1973, was acquired at IBM, INDG and Falconi both in his involvement with application software (MS-Project, Arena, Lingo, etc.) and in real work in project management, planning and control of production, logistics, marketing, etc.

Izabela Lanna Murici

Partner at Falconi Consultores de Resultados, where she has worked for more than 15 years in the areas of strategic, tactical and operational management. Graduated in business administration, specializing in financial administration and management, Izabela has accumulated experiences in the educational segment, working in private institutions, universities and in public education networks in states such as Ceará, Sergipe, Pernambuco, Bahia, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro , Rondônia, Mato Grosso and Pará.
She is co-author of two other books published by Falconi Editora.

Marcus Marques

Marcus Vinicius Gonçalves Marques, M. Sc., PMP, IPMA-C, has a master's degree in Business Administration from PUC Minas, graduated in information systems and has specializations in project management and business management. He is certified as PMP, IPMA-C, PSM1, PRINCE2 Foundation and MCTS in Project 2010. He has worked as a project management consultant for 14 years in various segments such as IT, telecommunications, steel, state government and federal government, mining and construction companies.

Paula Viviane Laudares

Paula Laudares is a partner at Kienbaum and responsible for the Belo Horizonte office, where she develops integrated projects for Executive Search, leadership development and business management with a focus on transforming organizations and generating sustained results in the short, medium and long terms . Her experience was built in the commercial area of ​​Unilever, in strategic management consultancy at the Institute for Management Development (INDG, currently Falconi) and as a researcher at FDC, at the Strategy Reference Center (CREST). She also works as a teacher and speaker on topics related to business strategy and communication. She has a degree in chemical engineering from UFMG and a master's in administration from the University of London, with an emphasis on customer-focused strategy. She is also co-author and organizer of the book The Health Value Chain: A Proposal for Reorganizing Supplementary Health Care (2009).

Carlos Alberto Scapin (in memorian)

Mechanical Engineer, graduated from the University Center of FEI in 1969, accumulated, during his life, extensive experience in training and consulting to companies. He started his career at General Motors do Brasil, where he participated in a program for training specialists. He was one of seven selected to participate in the Master's course in Industrial Engineering at GMI (General Motos Institute) in Flint, Michigan (USA). He was also a reliability engineer at Boeing, working at the Seattle (USA) and Chicago (USA) plants.

As a consultant, he has always been linked to institutions such as FCO (Fundação Christiano Ottoni), FDG (Foundation for Management Development), INDG (Institute for Management Development) and Falconi. He developed numerous projects for the aeronautics area, such as Embraer's A2 Fighter Maintenance Planning and TAM's MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Structuring. He also worked in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, mining, steel and food and beverage manufacturing sectors. His articles have already been published in international symposia held in the United States, with a focus on reliability and risk analysis.
