Daily Routine Management

 The launch, in 1992, of the book “TQC - Control of Total Quality in Japanese Style” was a great impeller to accelerate the Movement of Quality in Brazil, which has since been sold until close to over 200,000 examples . This book is available for thousands of Brazilians and Latin Americans in a different level of understanding of the meaning of “TQC - Japanese”, facilitating the way for managerial excellence in hundreds of Brazilian companies and other countries. Nonetheless, outside of work with companies, Dr. Falconi perceived the need to offer a text that would allow describing in detail the process of improving daily routine management. For this reason, I am working on this book with an objective in mind: to promote a GUIDE that is easy to understand so that each manager who carries out a management position can improve their level of management. In this book, the result of his great effort, some modern communication techniques were applied, such as the intense use of diagrams, the development of themes by highlighted items and keywords. The book, which is easy to read, applies to different areas of: administration, business, operations and services and, of course, has been a driving factor in the movement of quality in Brazil and of great influence in many countries.
